    Rank Math pro

    Hello everybody,
when i get into my startpage in wordpress (with Gütenberg) i can see a score of 97. But when i entry the divi modul i see a very low score of 61.
This score will remain in the page list until i get into the page with Gütenberg again and update it. Then i see also in the page list the last score.
This is very irritating and i suppose some incompatibilities between divi ans rankmath. But how should i do in order the see “the real score” at least in the page list only to keep an overview?
    Best regards
    Stefano Zito

  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and Recalculate Scores.

We have added this tool to update the score of the posts in bulk. Please use it and see if that resolves the issue. Once done, it should show the same score in the list view as you are seeing while editing the post.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
unfortunately this tool changes anything. The score in the page list remains the same.

Mainly anyway, I could potentially use this tool sometime, when necessary. But not everytime, after using divi. This would be not a solution for me.

    Best Regards
    Stefano

    Hello,

There may be some differences when you are working with Divi’s frontend builder and basing it in Rank Math’s content analysis in your backend editor.

Please ensure that you’re using the latest version of Rank Math as well as Divi and see if the scores changes.

With that being said, most page builders like Divi make extensive use of custom shortcodes to insert content on the page and thus making it hard for WordPress itself to read them in the edit mode outside the visual builder.

That is the reason why you see the discrepancies in the score. Since our tests run on the fly for each WordPress editor it’s showing the score of what’s possible to be read outside the Divi Visual Builder.

However, after updating the plugin, the correct SEO score would be the one that you see inside the visual builder of Divi.

After updating the plugin, please also update the page and see if the score in the Page list and Page Editor (Gutenberg) matches.

If you are still having confusion with the scoring, we might need to take a closer look at the settings and give further advice. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,
