or is there any way where I can calculate how many times a URL hit. In PLugin Hits are showing but in the export report its not showing HITS.

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The exported file of redirections doesn’t contain the hits as it is only used to modify and add new redirections in bulk. And in the Free version, you can’t export redirections in a CSV file.
However, you can export the data from the wp_rank_math_redirections table of your database if you want.
