Please note: You will lose all of your hard work when uninstalling the plugin using the method I shared above. Please only proceed if you’re sure you won’t need that data and want to start from scratch/completely reconfigure Rank Math.
#2 ~ Removing Instant Indexing plugin only
If you’re looking for to remove all data only for Instant Indexing, you may use any database cleaner plugin like below in order to remove them:

If you completely uninstall the plugin, the database history related to Instant Indexing will also be deleted.
If you are referring to the history of the actual Google API that is not possible to remove because it’s controlled by Google itself.
