Featured images not visible on Instagram - Support

Hello,

While sending a link to an Instagram messages via DM, a blank image appears instead what is added as a featured image. This goes to most of our pages with featured images. I ran tests on websites and they show, but not on Instagram. What could be the issue?

Meanwhile this doesn’t show an image, https://presentail.com/what-to-write-on-cards-when-gifting-on-occasions/, even though both has featured images with the same setting.
