I have paid this afternoon, but nothing happened!

    Hi, I have paid this afternoon via paypal, 64.90 USD, my paypal account is [moved to sensitive data section]. And this transaction id is Transaction ID: 68S29380JE899445X. But I checked the invoice, it says “No order has been made yet”.

    What happened? Should report to Paypal there is a problem?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    We don’t see a transaction in our system with the email you have shared, so it might still be pending on PayPal.

    Could you please check the transaction details and see the transaction status mentioned at the very top:

    If that says anything other than complete, then the payment is still pending and the subscriptions won’t be added until it’s processed.

    I don’t know what happened. I bought wp rocket and rank math via paypal yesterday. WP rocket was fine, but rankmath still pending, so I need wait? I can’t contact paypal for pending issuse.

    However, compare with wp rocket, it’s a bad user experience

    Hello,

    There’s no payment made to our system under that email address, so it seems that it’s still pending on PayPal.

    In this case, please check the transaction there and if you can’t approve it, please get in touch with PayPal support about the situation.
