My client belive is that he or his employee purchased license in the past and he wants to use license for his other projects too.Is there any possible way to get license ?

For us to further have details about the license, you would need to check with your client if they can locate the receipt from fastspring.com (our payment provider) and share it here with us.
If you client can’t locate it, they may need to contact their past employee as we can’t find the license using the name you shared in the sensitive data section.
