connect your account not working - Support

Hello,

When I install rankmath on my site (jamyang.co.uk), it installs and activates OK. However, when I click on Rankmath in wordpress, I am brought to the first link in sensitive information.

With the options to connect your account or skip now. When I click connect your account, nothing happens. When I click skip now I am brought to a blank page, second link in sensitive information.

There are none of the menus in Rank Math that are visible from the back end. Only option is to click on rankmath and then connect my account… but it doesn’t work…

Any ideas? I would love to use Rank Math on my site… but I cannot set it up!

Thanks for your reply. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Deactivated a different SEO plugin…

Any other ideas?

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Hello,

We would like to continue working on this issue however, the temporary link you provided is no longer working. Can you please provide us with a working login link? This way he could debug the connection and fully understand what’s causing the issue.

Hello,

Thank you for extending the validity of the temporary login.

We made initial troubleshooting in your but we can’t seem to find the cause of the issue even with only the Rank Math plugin enabled.

We would like to debug the issue further, can you please share your website’s FTP login in the Sensitive Data section as well?
