I checked your site, and indeed there is an issue with loading your cookie-policy page.
While going through few troubleshooting steps, I found TranslatePress responsible for the issue.
As you can see that https://giorgiostellini.it/en/cookie-policy/ this page loading perfectly fine even while you’re logged into your account. So, it might be happening due to TranslatePress.
