Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and bringing your concern to our attention.
All pages that are set to noindex
will always be hidden from the Search engines. To exclude pages from WP search and maintain visibility in the search engines, you may refer to this guide: https://www.greengeeks.com/tutorials/exclude-certain-pages-from-your-wordpress-website-search/#:~:text=To%20exclude%20a%20post%20or,results%20on%20your%20WordPress%20site.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hi,
thank you but this is not the answer I am looking for. If it can be done for yoast i am sure it can be done for rankmaths. Please refer to this article.
Could you please let me know what the corresponding key to ” key’ => ‘_yoast_wpseo_meta-robots-noindex’, for rankmaths would be.
Hello,
We don’t have a corresponding meta key in our plugin. We save the robots meta settings saved in a serialized key called rank_math_robots
.
To use the method you shared you would need to parse this option and find all the entries that have the noindex
in the option we mentioned.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
