So, I’m assuming you’re using the PRO version of Rank Math, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
As for your issue, please download the latest version of the plugin file from your Rank Math account and upload it to your website.

Yes… I used my original SEO to sign in. When I bought PRO i do not remember going anything with FastSpring.com. My invoice # is
orderid: rankmath220912-9607-33431 dated 9/12/2022 paid in full that day $63.88
So, If I download the latest version, do I delete my old PRO?

Just downloaded the newer version… it is downloading info from google services:
“Rank Math is importing latest data from connected Google Services, 16 minutes 5 seconds remaining”
So, guess this will correct my original issue. Will advise if not…

Make sure that the plugin is updated to the latest version 3.0.22. If you haven’t already uploaded the latest version, you can follow the guide shared by my colleague above.
