You can do that with a work around.
1. Remove the Sitemap URL from your robots.txt file
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings > Global. Set the limit at 200 per sitemap.
3. Go to domain.com/sitemap_index.xml and find the very first post-sitemap1.xml file.
4. Submit that sitemap to Google.
5. Do the same for every sitemap every day.
6. Make sure your DON’T submit the sitemap_index.xml file.

Do you wish to automatically create new custom posts? If so, this might be an issue to do with your custom post provider, rather than Rank Math. Rank math automatically adds new posts to sitemap if they are marked to index.

Hi,
i ended up put some code in build_root_map method.
Now i can controll the amount of xml-links and add every day a new one with 200 entries.
So we have all posts available on our website, but google get’s only 200 new pages a day.
