error log is 502 bad gateway then after i have to unplug all plugin from ftp or php my admin and i have to restore it from my hosting then my site comes online

5xx errors are usually caused due to server issues.
You can increase these PHP values and see if that helps:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M
Max input time: 150
PHP time limit: 120
PHP max input variables: 1000
If the issue persists, please ask your web host for the error log so we can check what is causing the issue.
