It looks like Content AI is working fine.
But I still have 0 credit, knowing that I used to have 332 before the issue.
What should I do to get my credits back ?

You were connected with another Pro account on your website, that account also have Content AI Package purchased. You should connect that account instead of this one. Hope that helps.
