I was able to see the issue in your website’s page source. Can you please check if there are other plugins or your currently active theme that might be conflicting with Rank Math’s generation of meta description? To determine that, please refer to this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

There is a conflict between Rank Math and your theme “MangaReader”. When the theme is active, the meta description disappears. Please contact your theme support as they may already have a solution for this. I have also asked our developer to check if this can be fixed from our side.

The Health Check plugin is not working properly on your site for switching themes. However, if you only activate the Rank Math plugin and a default theme during troubleshooting mode, the description is showing correctly.
Could you please create a staging site with the same issue and share the logins instead? This will help us avoid your live site getting any unexpected issues upon disabling plugins or switching themes.
