Hello,
I’m trying to bulk redirect all of my staging links. I tried using Regex, but it isn’t working. Would love some help!

Hello,
It still isn’t working 🙁
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Just shared in sensitive data!
Hello,
I’ve checked your website and indeed redirection is not working for the URLs you’ve shared.
The calls to URLs that begin with staging are not reaching to WordPress, which is possibly the cause of this problem. They are terminated at the server level and the server itself returns a 404.
As the issue isn’t being caused by Rank Math, I tried to setup redirection using
.htaccessfile but it seems to be the.htaccessfile I edited is not the one on the root of the website. In this case, I suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider to see if they can resolve the issue for you.
Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you.
