Hello,
I had about 33 credits left after my last purchase, however, I checked my account and saw that all of the credits were gone (I did not use them). Nevertheless, I went ahead to purchase another batch of credits over an hour ago and after refreshing several times it still indicates that I have 0 credits.
How do I reinstate the old credits that vanished and the new ones I just purchased?
