Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Rank Math plugin. If not yet, please do update them. You may refer to our changelog page here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/
Can you please visit Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO and check if the settings you have done in the wizard setup have reflected there?
If the issue persists, please check if there is any other plugin/theme conflicts that might be causing the issue. To determine that, please follow this guide: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I check Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO this section and the setting is same which I set in Wizard Setup
The “Personal Blog” option is automatically set in Wizard Setup, not in Local SEO section. It remains the same setting that I set earlier in Wizard Setup.

The setup wizard is only intended to be used for first-time use and the settings would remain on the website.
However, if you clear the transients from Rank Math the setup wizard will default back but that won’t impact the settings.
This is the expected behavior.
