To my knowledge I’m not using any Firewall. Jetpack isn’t installed and there are no other security plugins I’ve added myself.
Is there somewhere else that might be blocking it?

Please take a backup of your .htaccess file and replace it with the default WordPress .htaccess file. You can get the file here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/htaccess/

I logged in to your website and checked the settings.
I was unable to replicate the issue, the focus keyword is added and saved without any issues and the SEO Analysis is also updated.
