So what are solutions for it, I think my links aren’t getting indexed thats why its showing question mark in the fielf of Indexing allowed.

The indexing status is directly taken from Google API so if the affected URL is not indexed there, then most likely, it is the same in our analytics dashboard page.
Kindly share the affected URL so we can take a closer look at it.
