Cannot View Rank Math Pro Tickets | Blocked After Switching to Rank Math Free

    Good Day,

    We have paid for Rank Math Pro in the past and are planning to renew our plan soon.

    During our tenure as a Rank Math Pro customer, we issued several tickets and received great solutions from your team, which we need to access from time to time.

    We just noticed, however, that access to those tickets (which we PAID FOR) have been blocked.

    Based on the above, we are requesting that Rank Math allow us to access the past RM Pro tickets we paid for.

    We highly recommend updating your code to allow this. Until then, we do not plan to renew our Pro Plan with Rank Math.

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I’m terribly sorry to inform you that once the PRO subscription expires, users will not be able to access their PRO version’s tickets.

    However, what we can do for you now is to move the tickets from the PRO to the FREE section, which will make the tickets publicly available, and you’ll be able to access them as well.

    If you don’t want to move them to the FREE section, then you’ll have to renew your subscription to access them and also keep them private.

    Thanks for your offer. Please leave our tickets alone (Private Mode).

    Where can we find your policy statement regarding this topic? We couldn’t find it.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, at the moment those are the only available options to access the PRO tickets as those were converted to private a couple of years ago because some paid users raised some concerns over privacy.

    We don’t have public policy in regards to plugin support but you can check the terms of service for the plugin usage here: https://rankmath.com/terms-and-conditions/
