The error 429 means that the IP address exceeded the daily quota of requests and you should slow down a little bit and retry later.
Sending too many request usually causes this error. Can you please confirm if you were try to index your pages/posts too frequently or bulk amount of pages/posts were being submitted for instant indexing? As, any frequent action similar to this can cause you the error.
However, if you have other websites on the same server or are on shared hosting, There’s a possibility that, other websites may using up the quota.
