  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I tried looking for that specific image in the page source of your website but I can’t seem to find one. Please refer to this screenshot below: https://i.rankmath.com/10qUCG

However, I have located it in the Network tab of the developer tool in my browser: https://i.rankmath.com/k0LyfN

Please try clearing your website cache including any server-level caching services, then check the page again if you are still seeing that image.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Thanks for the advice. I tried clearing website cache, and server cache through cpanel, however upon checking the network tab in developer console, I can see that it is still showing.

Do you think its an issue with litespeed cache? I’ve got quite a few settings enabled.

I also have a quic.cloud CDN connected – is it worth flushing that cache too?

    Thanks,

    Matthew

    Hello,

In the header of the file, there’s a reference to a key x-qc-cache with the HIT value which means that the CDN seems to still be calling the file.

Because of that, we recommend clearing all caches, including the CDN, and seeing if that helps.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

I’ve now cleared the CDN cache however it seems the issue still exists. Any other ideas?

    Thanks,

    Matthew

    Hello,

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at your homepage settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We tried enabling the troubleshooting mode on your website to further debug the issue by following this guide but the Health Check plugin doesn’t seem to work on your website. We are not able to enable back the plugins while in troubleshooting mode.

Is it possible for you to create a staging website for us to deeply debug the issue without worrying about breaking your live site? If so, please create one, replicate the issue there and share the admin login here so we can further determine what’s causing this issue.

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

Yes I will create a staging site as soon as possible

However i found that the file existed in my elementor css. So i deleted the css and then ran the waterfall again and the file didnt load, so the speed was a lot quicker.

    See code here: https://ibb.co/tm2hxFg

However, it seems like it has re generated in the css because the file is now loading again and code has come back.

I don’t know if this helps us fix?

    Thanks,

    Matthew

    Hello,

The CSS code is loaded under the elementor folder. Perhaps can you try to contact the support folks from Elementor to track the source of that image path and why it is always generated.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

It’s all fixed now. The file was hidden in my website under one of the backgrounds.

I will now close the ticket

    thank you
