Hello,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Can you please confirm if you are adding the content directly to the product pages or using a template?
Looking forward to helping you.
Im using a template. But when I go and edit an template for a shop page the content isn’t recognised there either. Although I see now that during setup I didn’t select templates as public post type and enable SEO options for them. I mean should I do this, is an template a public post type. I think those should not be included in sitemap, or?
Hello,
Could you please share the example URL or link of those products so we can check as well?
You can add them to the sensitive data section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
[moved to sensitive data section]
Hello,
Since you mentioned that the content of the product is coming from a template, we would like to further check the issue on your end.
Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
