Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

One more bit of advice, I think this does affect optimisation but its not really anything to do with Rankmaths plugin so I understand if you point me in the direction of a developer its just I cant afford one at the moment, so I have to be a bit cheeky and ask anyone who might know how to do this. I want to export some content from my wordpress site. Not a database table but I believe the content would be in the database. I jut have no experience and have tried searching the database for hours and come up with nothing I can recognise. Does that make sense ? If you are open to it, I can show you specifically what I’m trying to do.
