I just checked your About page and it is working fine. I added a test block in the content and updated the meta description using Rank Math as well.
It is working fine as you can see from the video I shared in the sensitive data section.
What exactly are you unable to edit on those pages?

sorry to say this not working from my end, I give you screen short sensitive data section pls cheek, and find the problem
again I tell home page I can edit anything and can save any change same as privecy policy page they are showing
