    Hello

    I installed Rank Math on my website with advance setting, moving from Yoest SEO

    Installation was fine and then an hour later my site is not visible to public and showing HTTP Error 500

    Why has it broken my website? I can still access it only via admin log in

    Hello

    I followed the temp log in set up but it requires YOUR name and email to send FTP invitation.

    I am waiting for my web dev to try rectify this first on our end on the staging site, disable everything and enable one by one while observing the logs. It was caused just after installation of rank math and the outside world cannot browse the site any longer.

    Hello again

    So after doing so they found it to be another plug-in (WP loyalty) update that was causing the issues. That has now been disabled and Rank Math is re installed and working.

    Apologies on the mix up but it broke after installing rank math so it must have had something interesting with it.

    I’m not an expert but the experts have resolved this.
