You can enable the Local SEO module in Rank Math via Rank Math > Dashboard but unfortunately the plugin does not support multiple locations at the moment.
This feature is on our to do list and you can expect to see its sometime soon.

I have ben using Yoast Premium and LocalSEO by Yoast, but now when I disable Yoast Premium, Yoast Local doesnt work as well.
Do you have any other recommendation for Multi Location SEO ?

Our dev team is working on a Rank Math multiple location SEO feature and it will be released soon. I can recommend using WP Google Maps to do so for the time being.
