Hi,
I am using the Rank Math rich snippet tool for a website, but I noticed a issue in google results.
The result for my website appears with the stars regarding the reviews (that’s great), but it’s also mentionning “Critique de Mélinda Roche”… how could I delete that. I don’t understand what this info is published ?
Could you help me please.
I can send you screenshot if I’m not clear enough.

Hello,

I’ve checked the page using Google’s Rich Results test tool, and the reviews are not coming from Rank Math. The review snippet is coming from one of your plugins or active theme.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hi Reinelle,

Thank you for your answer. I’m also using the pluggin schema, I’m going to desactivate it.
I’ve another question : I didn’t manage to generate the rating with the schema generator. To do so I’m obliged to set the schema on “product” however my client is selling “service”. Maybe you have a solution for that ?

Hello,

Service schema is not actively supported by Google. You can refer to the following article for the current list of actively supported schema: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/search-gallery?hl=en

You can use product schema for your services and add reviews to the product schema.

If you still wish to use service schema you will have to create custom schema using the Rank Math schema generator.
