My AI credits are not reflecting in my account

    Hello,

    I am a writer and I was hired by a client to write for their WordPress blog. My client already uses Rankmath and has some Content AI credits, however, when I was added as an editor I could not use the credits as they were not reflecting on my account. So I purchased some AI content credits using my own account, but nothing has reflected on WordPress so far.

    Please how do I resolve this?

    Thanks for contacting the support.

    You will have to connect your Rank Math account to the site to access the credits you have purchased. You can reconnect the account from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & connect your account.

    If you prefer, we can check this one over your admin dashboard and connect your Rank Math account properly so you can make use of your purchased AI credits. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
