This error might be suggest that the installation was not successful. One of the libraries that was removed in the Rollbar which this error is referencing. Please delete the plugin and perform a fresh install and let us know if this is still reported.

And another one: reactivating the plugin to export the settings does not work as described: no file is being downloaded…
