Can’t activate Plugin or link it to account

    Dear support team,

    I am having an issue with your plugin. I am using it on 3 other websites and I love it, but on this current page it creates issues.
    The rank math plugins seems to not be activated. But not in the normal way: The plugin itself is activated. I can use most of the options, create sitemaps and much more, but if I go to the Dashboard and then there click on help, it shows, that my plugin is not active. Then there is a button to let me activate it, but the button just leads me to your homepage. If there I log in with my account and go back to my page, nothing happens. My plugin is still not activated. So it seems to be a problem with the connection between plugin and rank math online account.
    On another note: If I try to use your setup wizard, after every page, when I press any save-like button, it sends me back to my own WP Dashboard page. So there seems to be a save issue as well.

    I haven’t found a similar problem in the forum, so I opened a new ticket. I hope I don’t ask an already answered question.

    I hope you can help me. I already deleted every rank math related entry on the server twice after reinstalling the plugin once from the WP Plugin Store and once from your websites .zip file.
    I don’t know what to do, but want to use your plugin on this website too.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Please let us know if you find the culprit.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Sorry for letting you wait so long, but I wanted to try all plugin combinations. It seems, like the plugins and Hestia child theme are not the source of the problem.
    As I said, there might by a connectivity problem. So maybe we should try to hard reset my conection. As I also said, I already tried to deinstall & reinstall the plugin multiple times and even deleted all files by sftp from the server. Nevertheless after reinstalling the plugin, it already knew my previous settings. If we could delete those, maybe then I have the chance to connect to your online services properly again. I strongly believe that this missing connectivity is the source of the problem.

    Do you have an idea, how to do that? Normally I hate working with my Database, but in this case it seems like I have to do. But in that case, some sort of instructions would be really helpful.

    It looks like the base64_decode() function is not working on your site, it simply fails silently, which is causing an issue in the registration process.

    Please get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to enable it for your site.

    Having it disabled may cause issues not only in Rank Math but other products as well because this is a widely-used function.
