Please note that we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor.
That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.

Our plugin is just reporting the 404 errors happening on your site, it isn’t creating them. If you think the errors are being generated due to our plugin, please disable it and try to visit an URL that is returning a 404 error and see if it works fine when our plugin is disabled.
If the URLs work fine, let us know so we can investigate this further. If the URL still returns a 404 error when our plugin is disabled, it means some bots or users are trying to visit the URLs that don’t exist on your site.

How can I set no-index for tags and category with Rankmath?
I found that settings in SEO Title & Meta and all them are set to no-index.
But WordPress and bots crawling them.
So why rankmath settings says “no-index” for tags and category but in reality Tags and category are crawling too.
I updateed rank math to last version 1.0.99 and everything fixed!!

The log must have been cleared after updating the plugin. It doesn’t mean that URLs will stop returning the 404 error. You can check by visiting the URLs that you were seeing before in the 404 Monitor and they will still return a 404 error.
