We do not check redirections before adding the URLs to the sitemap. You can either add the IDs in the sitemap settings to exclude those posts/pages/CPTs or you can mark them as Noindex from the Advanced Tab of the SEO Meta Box and that would also exclude the URLs from the sitemap: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-tab/#robots-meta
Rank Math generates the sitemap dynamically and they are updated automatically. In some cases, the sitemap is not updated if it is cached along with the other pages.
Please exclude the sitemap from caching by following this guide:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, clear your website cache and check the sitemap.
