Data Disappearing

    I’m interested to upgrade my plan, but there are some things that the RankMath plugin lacks for now.

    When I insert a keyword, I can see the score, which is great, this is what I want. But, once I post the content or update it, all the information submitted on RankMath disappears (meta data, description, target KW, etc)

    I have the same issue when using both the classic and block editor on WordPress.

    On your competitor Yoast, the meta description was saved and I could see it in the snippet on Google.

    Please check if you are using a Firewall, as it may prevent saving the changes.

    If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

    I’ve tried to follow your guidance and this guide on how to whitelist rankmath on wordfence here:

    But it still doesn’t work. I insert the keyword, I update the post, and everything disappears after that.

    I replaced the sensitive data with the new screenshot. Can you please check? Maybe I’m doing something wrong

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    If the issue still persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
