Since you haven’t purchased the plugin from our site, you don’t have a PRO account and will have to disable the PRO plugin to use Content AI on your site.
Not only the Content AI, but all the PRO features will also not work without connecting your site to a PRO account. You should only purchase the plugin from our site if you want to take the benefits of the premium features.

We can see that WordPressIT has a Business plan subscription with us.
However, you can ask the package owner regarding your issue instead, as we only offer support to users who purchase the Rank Math plugin directly from us.
