hello, i tried setting the links per sitemap to 100 and it does work but i have like 10,919 sitemap 100 isnt enough?

1. We do recommend to set limit for links per sitemap from 200 to 500. So it’s perfectly fine to use 100 links per sitemap. You can also set the limit from 200-500.
2. It seems like the memory is getting exhausted.
Please contact your web host and ask them to set the following value:
PHP Memory Limit: 512M

Thank u it works, also its couldnt fetch on search console and when i try to requise indexing it says (User-agent: *No: ‘noindex’ detected in ‘X-Robots-Tag’ http header) i tried this codes on edit robot.txt, but still the same issue, can u help???

The sitemaps, by default, are set to noindex as you do not want them to get indexed and appear in the search results.
Can you please confirm if you were trying to submit that into the URL Inspection tool?
Please be advised that, the sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections and not in the URL Inspection Tool.

As I’ve mentioned above, all sitemaps have the noindex tag applied to them because they are not intended to be indexed on the search results, but instead submitted for Google Search Console and similar tools.
In short, the URL inspection tool is for the actual URLs of your website you wanted to be indexed.

Yes, as you’ve submitted sitemap URL to Google Search Console following the guide I’ve mentioned above, you’re sitemap should be fetched itself automatically. hello, i think i found the issue i set the Links Per Sitemap to 201 and they all successfully.
alos i have another question when i set it to 201 link per sitemap, does it cover all the poses but dividing the post sitemaps to many small sitemaps??

Yes, when you set the links per sitemap to 201, it limits each sub sitemaps to 201 links maximum and for this reason if you’ve much more URLs, then you might see your sub-sitemaps in a few numbers. It should appear like below:
example.com/page-sitemap1.xml
example.com/page-sitemap2.xml
example.com/page-sitemap3.xml
