Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please head over to your FTP or in your CPanel’s file manager and navigate to your public_html > wp-content > plugins and rename the folder “seo-by-rank-math” to any name like “seo-by-rank-math-backup”. You should be able to access your website again.
After doing so, please try installing a fresh copy of Rank Math plugin.

Thanks for the info.
We are now back into he backend of our site and the plugin has been removed, but we’ve experienced a major problem.
Because Rank Math is now off the site, it has taken with it our 301s and meta descriptions.
We cannot add the plug in back because our WordPress site version is now too old. We cannot update this because our main theme only supports up to a certain level. (We’re in the process of building a new website to combat this).
Is there a way to obtain the 301s and meta descriptions / keywords from you as a matter of urgency? (I’m assuming no redirects are currently firing).
Is there also a way to confirm the account details risklogic.com.au was registered with? I know you can’t give personal details, but if I know the email I can reset the password. Emails may include:

– m********@r***************

you can try installing an older version of Rank Math on your website. This may take several tries as you find the correct version and is not guaranteed to work. You can follow this guide for how: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/download-older-versions-of-wordpress-plugins/#repository
