Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hi there Sorry for only responding this late, but I have finalized moving house today and only managed to get back to my computer late afternoon.
I already have a temporary login system but do require an email address to use, so please let me know which email address and once I have that I will create the temp login and provide the info here in the sensitive area as requested.
THanks in advance for your help.
Hello,
You can use s******@r*********** to create the login link.
We look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
I’ve checked your website and found that you’ve no analytics code installed on your website. As you know that, without Google Analytics data there’s nothing that you can see on your Rank Math’s Analytics Dashboard. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

In this situation, I’d like to suggest you first to Disconnect your site and reconnect you Google Account with Rank Math Analytics
Here’s how you can disconnect:

Once you have disconnected, now it’s time to reconnect your Google account with Rank Math.
After reconnecting, please follow the URL I’ve shared below to learn how you can proceed further to complete a clean installation:
https://rankmath.com/kb/install-google-analytics/#num-4-choose-your-analytics-account-property
Once you’ve installed and connected properly, now you should get fresh analytical data on Rank Math’s Analytics Dashboard.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thank you so much, I hope I have done this correctly, unfortunately, I am not tech savvy enough to know if I have captured all the correct information. Sorry about that. May I ask that you confirm and see if everything was done as it should be and if possible rectify if I messed up?
Thanks in advance
Hello,
Under the Analytics section, you should be able to choose your Account, Property, etc from the dropdown menus to select your existing Analytics account & property.
Please refer to this short video clip to understand what it should appear like.
But while checking the settings on your site I was unable to find any account and property. Can you please confirm if you’ve Google Analytics property for your website? If not, please head over to Google Analytics to add this website and then return to Rank Math to select the property.
You can learn more one how you can create Analytics property following this short video clip.
Please be advised that, you may need to reconnect your Google account after you create Analytics property for your website.
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
