    too many times I conversation on your support via Email. then they gave me this link.

    my website Problem is thumbnail image does not show on Facebook and other social media. i need the help u.

    Hello,

    Please disable the image watermark on your posts so that the images can be detected on social media. I disabled the image watermark on your homepage, and it was detected on Facebook.

    before I use the pro version, everything is ok. but after I use the pro version. i facing this problem. plz, check the coding why the Facebook thumbnail image does not show.

    I remove my watermark on the thumbnail image.

    The issue should be resolved once you remove the watermark. You may clear your website cache and try checking the URL again on Facebook.
