    Hi,

    I’m getting a 404 error and Google can’t access my sitemap index. I tried to flush permalinks in this way, but without success:

    Simply head over to your WordPress admin area and go to Settings > Permalinks and hit the “Save Changes” button once even if you didn’t make any changes on the page.

    What can I do?

    I checked the sitemap, it is working fine.

    Please add this filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

    Here is a guide you can follow to add the filter:

    Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit the sitemap in the Search Console.
