I’ve started two accounts recently. One under d********@a*************** where we had purchased a subscription on 9/16 but have not received any login information to access the account and activate the plugin. It was setup during PRO purchase automatically from the purchase site but we never received an onboarding credentials email at all.
Also, after trying to trigger the reset password option from the RankMath site multiple times for it, so we can gain access and activate, we just never receive the reset email to our inbox or junk folders at any point. I’ve tried multiple times between Friday and today.
So I’ve also started this second account under my normal email, m*******@a***************, via the RankMath site directly for the free account. So I can see if I could get any access credentials to it and submit a ticket. This time it auto-logged me in right away. Although it also never sent the onboarding login information to my inbox or junk. I’m also finding I can’t reset the password for this account either. As the reset emails aren’t being received to my inbox or junk folders still.
Please let me know how RankMath support can help us gain access to the primary account we’ve bought a subscription for above on Friday 9/16 (d********@a***************). So we can activate the plugin. Our only other option will be to cancel the subscription via the portal on the 3rd party purchase site that it is giving access to, and dispute the CC charge this week. If we cannot gain access to activate the plugin.
