I can’t get Rank Math to pull my Google Analytics data.
I have GA4 and it’s pulling data in the GA dashboard. I’ve given permissions to Rankmath to pull GA data. I’ve resynced it several times.
What else can I do to get it to sync?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please check if cron jobs are working on your website or not, you can follow this guide to check that: https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#num-2-check-the-cron-job
In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation.
If the cron jobs are working, please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action, go to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending:
https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools?page=action-scheduler&status=pendingRun the
rank_math/analytics/data_fetchscheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
You can check the progress at Rank Math > Analytics.
Hope this helps.
We look forward to helping you.
Cron jobs seem to be working. I installed the recommended plug in didn’t see any issues.
I’ve checked pending scheduled actions and manually fetched the data. I have a ton of pending actions now, 769 and it is decreasing. The hooks are: rank_math/analytics/get_inspections_data
I still don’t see data in the analytics dashboard.
I did notice the analytics database settings were set to keep the data for 0 days, so I changed that to 90, based off an image in one of the links above.
I’ve also deleted and updated the data manually.
I’m not sure how else to troubleshoot it.
Hello,
Please reconnect the Google account, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings:
The data fetch will start automatically once you save the settings.
Let us know if the data is still not fetched.
We are here to assist you.
I have reconnected it, several times.
I let it process overnight and still did not have data.
I’ve reconnect it this morning and still have no data. I can do a manual run in the scheduled actions again, but I’m not sure if that will make a difference.
I have Index status results in that tab. No data under SEO performance or keywords.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
There’s data this morning. Not sure what happened overnight, but it’s there now.
