I’ve discovered what happened. I had logged into a different RankMath account some days ago and my login must have been cookied or cached somehow.
The purchase has registered on the other account with user email c*****@t********************.
Can you please transfer the purchase for RANKMATH220919-2122-92187 to user account v***********************@g******** which belongs to the client on who’s behalf I made this purchase?
I will also email you from my c*****@t******************** account so you can cross reference the authorisation.
