In this case, please install the Query Monitor plugin to check the loading speed and slow queries in the backend. You can perform a comparison of before and after installing Rank Math.

I had uninstalled rank math so my website was loading fast. As soon as installed today, after 1 hour again it took 5 minutes to load the website and dashboard. And the error of the Action Scheduler
