I’ve checked the screenshot you’ve shared with us and it seems to be fine as it should be. The situation is that you’re seeing the 4 variations of your sitemap URL only while you’re using URL inspection tool.

In this case, Google might have found the URL referenced on all of them at some point in the past. But you don’t have to be worried, as on sitemaps it’s showing the exact URL of your sitemap and your site has been indexed perfectly.

Also, I can see that only one of the four variations of those URL has 301 redirection, where there should be only on URL without 301 redirection. Here is a screenshot below for your reference:

Please try redirecting the three other URLs of the four variations as my colleague mentioned above to see if that resolves your issue.

But if it still doesn’t, you can continue as well without being worried about this situation.

I can still see that the other URLs doesn’t contain redirection. You can also ask your hosting provider to do that for you.
