Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
It seems like you’ve set redirections for HTTP and WWW both to HTTPS and non-WWW. So whenever someone will try to visit with HTTP and WWW in your URL, both will redirect them to HTTPS and non-WWW version of your URL.
1. http://www.innmediausa.com/sitemap_index.xml
This URL returning two 301 because, first it’s redirecting you from HTTP to HTTPS, and then it’s redirecting again to non-WWW version of your URL.
2. https://www.innmediausa.com/sitemap_index.xml
This one already have HTTPS in it, so it’s only redirecting you to non-WWW version of your URL. Which is why it’s showing 301 redirection for once.
3. http://innmediausa.com/sitemap_index.xml
This one redirecting you from HTTP to HTTPS, This is why it’s showing 301 for once.
4. https://innmediausa.com/sitemap_index.xml
Here comes your actual URL (with HTTPS and non-WWW), but it’s returning 404 error as no URL like this exists on your site.
As your sitemap returning 404 error page, so all the URL above returning 404 at the end of redirection.
While investigating your issue further, I found that your sitemaps is loading properly on the URL: https://innmediausa.com/?sitemap=1

In that case, please try following URL and apply to your site to resolve this issue:
