Site map – the white screen story…

    Hi Guys,

    I have been trying to generate sitemap but having the white screen issue.
    I followed your (very useful) guides:
    – https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/
    and the other with advice of creating Rankmath.php and adding the filter code.
    Also I contacted the hosting team and we checked configuration (this is LiteSpeed server), debugging, plugins checking etc. It did not help and I am still getting this white screen while generating the sitemap…

    Just to mention that I use RankMath on other websites based on the same server and it all works great.

    Can you please help me with this issue?

    There were some database entries with Unicode characters that were preventing the sitemap from correctly loading.

    We have fixed the issue on your website and the sitemap is now loading fine.

    Check the screenshot in the sensitive data section.
