Redirect not working

    I have enabled a redirect but the old pdf that shouldn’t now be shown keeps appearing. I have cleared caches in Siteground but it appears that the redirect is not working.

    An example of the link that should be redirecting is on this page: https://www.bluestamptravel.com/host-family-accommodation/ in the first paragraph. The link text reads: “Guide to Host Families” The old page has an address at the top of the page. The new one is a more graphical document.

    This is the first time that I have attempted a redirect using RankMath.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

    Unfortunately, Rank Math redirections do not work with PDFs on most servers especially if the URL contains wp-content as we currently don’t support it. The following article is a comprehensive guide on the alternative solutions:
