Can you please share the affected URLs with us? So that, we can investigate the issue further for you.
Meanwhile, you can try finding out H2 tags in the editor you’re using.

If these H2 tags can’t be found in your editor, then it is likely that your theme is the one that is generating these H2 tags. You may ask to your theme’s author/support team regarding this issue.

Thank you for sharing the affected URL for us to further check the page source.
Upon inspecting them, I can indeed notice a couple of H2 tags being applied to your product pages. You may need to contact your theme provider to at least convert some of them to H3 tags or if you are adding them via your content editor, you can change them there as suggested by my colleague in the previous reply.
