Migrate data to another Wordpress

    I will publish a new site instead of the current one, but all pages and url´s will be the same, I will change the theme and plugins. How do I export the meta descriptions and import into the new one? Can I take the backup and import the new one? In which folder on the server do I find the Backup file? is it a .zip?

    You can import and export all the data created using Rank Math using its own tool. You can find it by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math Plugin Panel > Status & Tools section > Import & Export tab; just as I show you in the following screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/G3V7Yf
